    Even though Beveli does not have a physical store yet, we are are offering our clients private jewelry viewing experience in the luxury and privacy of our office, which is located conveniently in the center of Warsaw, Poland. Unlike at a traditional jewelry store, our non-commissioned diamond and jewelry experts are available for one-on-one consultations, to help you find your perfect fit.     Is My Credit/Debit Card Data Secured?

    BEVELI is not storing sensitive card data within its database. All of the credit and debit card payments on beveli.co are processed utilizing Stripe, a third-party payment solution. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.     How Would My Purchase Be Shipped To Me?

    BEVELI offers complimentary shipping on all jewelry shipped in the EU via FedEx®. You’ll rest assured knowing precisely what day your order will arrive. If you wish, you can also follow every step it takes along the way with detailed order tracking.     How Will I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?

    You will be notified via e-mail. Tracking number will be provided so that you can check every step of your parcel delivery.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Can I Return My Purchase And Get My Money Back ?

    We are confident that your jewelry purchase will exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you decide to return or exchange an item/s you purchased from us we will gladly honor a 14 day money back guarantee. In such case simply return the item/s in their original condition, with tags intact and proof of purchase enclosed within 14 days of their receipt. We regret but we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange after that time has passed. For return and exchange purposes we suggest that you keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.

    Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition as they were in when received by you. Which means:

    • It must be in the original packaging
    • With the original certificate
    • Without any signs of wear, damage, engraving, alteration or scratches
    • Item has to be the same size as originally shipped for example: ring cannot be re-sized.
  • Refund Process

    how can I Initiate Refund Process?

    In order to initiate refund process, please send a written request to hello@beveli.co.

    Please make sure that your e-mail includes:

    • “Return” in the subject line
    • Attached scan or photo of the receipt
    • Description of the product you want to return

    Once we receive your request, we will process it within 3 days and issue a Return Confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item is a ring that has been re-sized for you by us, then we will also deduct the cost of sizing from the refund amount.

    Who Cover Shipping Costs?

    You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning your item/s. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly as returned goods, so as to avoid any unnecessary charges when re-entering Poland. Any charges incurred for returned items, that are beyond our control, such as import duties, will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

    Please make sure to place the item/s inside a secure, padded shipping envelope and include its original packaging and certificate. Next, we kindly ask that you return the item/s to us within another 48 hours via a SECURE, TRACKABLE and INSURED service. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable carrier such as Federal Express as we are NOT responsible for item/s which do not reach us.

    The Beveli Conflict-Free Diamond Policy

    We are deeply concerned about ethical aspect of diamond mining and hence only “conflict-free” diamonds are offered at beveli.co. We are enforcing the standards established by the Kimberley Process. You can read more about ethical diamonds at http://www.diamondfacts.org/.

    Kimberley process is an International process to track and certify diamonds. The main aim of KP is to stop the trade in ‘conflict diamonds’ and ensure that diamond purchases were not financing violence by rebel movements and their allies seeking to undermine legitimate governments.

    Would My Jewelry Has A Mark?
